By the age of 32, I had “retired.”

Thanks to a portfolio of digital assets I began building at 23 in the African music industry, I had achieved the kind of financial freedom most people dream about.

And yet… I spiraled.

Not publicly — but privately.

That season of building had left me depleted. Emotionally. Mentally. Spiritually.

Because the version of me who built the success wasn’t the version of me meant to carry it forward.

So I paused.
I surrendered to the stirring within.

My body was tired.

My mental health needed it.

My days where shaped around inquiry, contemplation, study, meditation, prayer, connection and healthy physical movement.

I read, studied, listened, wrote, and had so much new awareness be revealed to me.

I now live differently.
I serve differently.
I create differently.

Work is no longer what I do — it’s who I become as I do it.

It’s what I demonstrate in that becoming, and what I inspire in others by simply being it.

I no longer work to prove.
I build to transmit.
I serve from devotion, not obligation.

The real wealth is in alignment.
The real success is in service.
The real impact is in remembering why you came.
